Procedure 1: Manual steps
For Windows 7 and vista
- The user needs to first click on the start tab
- Once done with that open programs and features
- Now click on control panel
- Choose program
- Also click on the entry and choose the uninstall tab

For Windows XP
- The user needs to first click on the Start tab and then hit a click on Open programs and features.

- After that tap on the Processes tab.
- Now, choose the Column heading with image name and click on the Alphabetical order in which the process will Start.
- Under the image name column, the user will be able to spot QBDBMgrN.exe, QBDBMgr.exe, QBCFMonitorService.exe, and Qbw32.exe.
- The user should choose these files.
- And click on End process.
- After a warning message is seen, it is suggested to click on Yes to proceed.
