Step 1: Install QuickBooks on two computers

For Windows 8/10:

- After that, on the Security tab, click Everyone.
- It should be noted that in case Everyone option is not listed in Group or User Name box, choose Add and type in Everyone, then go for OK.
- The user needs to choose Full Control, then pick Apply and OK
- After that choose Everyone on the Security tab
